BoaterCoupons.com is a brand operated by WakeWorks, LLC, which also runs other boating and marine services.
By using boatercoupons.com, claiming a coupon, or claiming a savings pack, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
BoaterCoupons is a free service that connects boat owners with real offers from verified local marine dealers. “Verified” means we have confirmed the dealer is a legitimate operating business and hold a signed agreement in which that dealer committed to honor the offer as described.
We are not the dealer. The services covered by any coupon (oil changes, detailing, parts, and so on) are provided by the independent dealer, not by us. Your service relationship, including scheduling, workmanship, warranties, and payment for anything beyond the coupon’s value, is between you and the dealer.
Every claimed coupon is good for 12 months from the day you claim it. There are no fixed calendar expiration dates. The 12-month clock starts when you claim, and nothing that happens later shortens it. This applies to every coupon, including coupons inside a savings pack you claimed before a dealer went live in your area.
Each coupon has its own specifics. What’s included and excluded, and any minimum spend, print on each coupon’s own terms. They are shown with the coupon itself, on your claim page, and in your coupon email, and they are the same for every viewer. Those offer-specific terms are part of the deal.
Standard terms for every coupon. These apply to every coupon on the site, identical for every coupon and every dealer:
Claiming a savings pack. Some offers are packs: a bundle of coupons claimed together in one step. Claiming a pack reserves the whole bundle for you, even if no participating dealer serves your area yet. That claim is a reservation: your pack is locked for your area, and your coupons activate the moment a verified dealer near you goes live. We email you when that happens. Activation means your coupons become redeemable at that dealer; it does not restart any clock, because each coupon’s 12 months run from the day you claimed the pack.
When no dealer serves your area yet. You can claim a savings pack before any verified dealer serves your area, and many founding members do. At the time you claim, it is possible that no dealer is currently honoring any coupon in your pack, and we do not promise that one is. That is what a reservation means: your pack is locked for your area, each coupon’s 12 months run from the day you claimed it, nothing expires while you wait, and your coupons become redeemable the moment a verified dealer near you goes live. We email you when that happens.
What we commit to, and what we don’t. We recruit and verify dealers continuously, and we will use commercially reasonable efforts to bring a participating dealer to your area. We cannot promise a date, and we cannot promise that a dealer will ever join any particular area. If none does, you have paid nothing and given up nothing: the pack is free, no credit card is ever required, and you can unsubscribe or ask us to delete your information at any time by writing to [email protected].
Founding spots. Where we describe pack claims as “founding,” that word has a fixed definition: the first 500 confirmed pack claims in an area, where an area is all ZIP codes sharing the same first three digits. Founding counts are computed from confirmed claims. When we show a number remaining, it is the live number.
How many you can hold at one dealer. You may hold a limited number of unredeemed coupons at any single dealer at one time. The current limit is shown when it applies to you, and it is set high enough that claiming a full pack is never blocked by it. This exists so coupons reach boaters who intend to use them, rather than being stockpiled. The limit is per dealer, so being at the limit with one dealer never stops you claiming at another.
Slots free up on their own. When one of your coupons at that dealer is redeemed or expires, it stops counting against your limit and you can claim again. There is no waiting period beyond that and nothing you need to ask us for.
We may refuse a claim that is over the limit. If you are already holding the maximum at every dealer honoring an offer, we will tell you so and decline the claim. We will say plainly that it is your limit rather than pretending the offer has run out.
No circumvention. You may not get around claim limits, one-per-person rules, or expiration by using multiple identities, email addresses, phone numbers, accounts, or devices. Claims made that way are void, and multi-accounting voids the coupons involved.
Dealers may refuse abuse. A dealer may refuse to honor a coupon where these terms are being abused: for example a resold or transferred coupon, a duplicate of an already-redeemed coupon, or a coupon claimed through multi-accounting. Dealers never refuse a validly claimed coupon that follows these terms.
Our commitment. Every coupon we display is backed by a dealer who has agreed in writing to honor it. Once your claim is confirmed, the dealer has committed to honor your coupon for its full 12 months from the day you claimed, even if the offer is later withdrawn from the site. If you ever have trouble redeeming a validly claimed coupon, contact us at [email protected] and we will work to make it right.
Availability is honest. Individual coupons render and claim only where a participating dealer actually serves your ZIP code; if none does yet, we say so plainly and offer to notify you when that changes. Packs are different by design: you can claim a pack with no dealer attached, as described above, and the pack copy tells you that is what you are doing. Coupons in a reserved pack become redeemable as dealers in your area participate.
To claim a coupon or pack you provide your first and last name, email address, phone number, and ZIP code, and confirm your email address. On pack claims we also ask what boat you own. Dealerships need your phone number to verify your coupons.
By tapping the claim button, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy, and that we’ll share your name, email, phone, ZIP, and boat details with the verified dealer(s) honoring coupons in your pack, who may contact you about your coupons by phone, email, or text.
We share your information only with the verified dealer(s) that honor coupons in your pack - that’s the service.
Agreeing to the dealer hand-off is part of claiming. Agreeing to marketing is not. Passing your details to the fulfilling dealer is how the coupon gets honored, so a claim cannot go ahead without it. Marketing is a separate, optional box, and your coupons arrive whether you check it or not.
If you opt in to our emails, marketing comes only from BoaterCoupons and WakeWorks’ other boating brands. These are our own services, never other companies, and one unsubscribe click stops all of them. Our Privacy Policy sets out exactly what we do with your information, and it is part of these terms.
You agree to provide accurate information and to claim coupons only for yourself.
You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States. The site is intended for personal, non-commercial use by boat owners and prospective boat owners.
You may not: use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the site or harvest offers or codes; claim coupons using false identities, multiple accounts, or others’ email addresses or phone numbers; resell, publish, or commercially distribute coupons or codes; interfere with the site’s operation or security; or use the site for anything unlawful. We may void claims and block access for violations, and multi-accounting voids the coupons involved.
The BoaterCoupons and WakeWorks names, site design, and content belong to us or our licensors. Dealer names and marks belong to the dealers. You may not use either without permission, except as needed to view the site and redeem your coupons.
Offers change: dealers join, offers start and end, and we may modify or discontinue any part of the site at any time. What never changes retroactively: a coupon you validly claimed and confirmed remains honorable for its full 12 months from the day you claimed it, as described in Section 2.
The site is provided “as is.” While we verify participating dealers and require their written commitment to honor offers, we do not perform the underlying services and make no warranties about the quality, timing, or outcome of any dealer’s work. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
BoaterCoupons is a free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of the site or a coupon is limited to $100, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing in these terms takes away consumer rights you have under law that cannot be waived.
If something goes wrong, email us first at [email protected]. We resolve almost everything quickly and informally, and you agree to give us 30 days to try before filing any claim. These terms are governed by Florida law. Any dispute that can’t be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida, except that either of us may use small claims court where eligible.
If we update these terms, we’ll change the effective date above and note material changes on the site. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept them; changes never apply retroactively to coupons already claimed.
